By submitting this application, the Vendor agrees to the following:

• Vendor is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and professional vending area at all times.
• Vendor assumes responsibility for any damage, injury, or loss caused by their booth, equipment, employees, or operations.
• All tents, displays, and equipment must be properly secured and safely operated.
• Vendors using electricity or generators must ensure all equipment is in safe working condition and approved for public event use.
• Open flames, propane, cooking equipment, or generators must comply with all applicable safety regulations and may be subject to inspection.
• Food vendors are responsible for obtaining and displaying all required permits, licenses, and health certifications.
• Vendors must keep walkways clear and may not obstruct emergency access areas.
• Vendors are responsible for removing all trash, supplies, and equipment from their area at the conclusion of the event.
• Camp Kevin Fest reserves the right to remove any vendor operating in an unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or unprofessional manner without refund.
• Vendor understands that participation is at their own risk and acknowledges that Camp Kevin Fest, event staff, venue ownership, and affiliated parties are not responsible for weather, theft, injury, loss, or damages.
